It’s day two of #MarchMATness2017 featuring the #rollup.   I was having some fun with fellow Pilate teachers at Marlborough Pilates Studio Plus.
The Roll Up is used to encourage spinal mobility, deep abdominal connection, length and breath work. Try this with your knees bent and using your hands behind your thighs, if you feel like the full version is difficult.
