Here is some of the Equipment you’d be using:

Allegro ReformerReformer
The Pilates reformer is an amazingly elegant machine, which provides finely tuned resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good body alignment, core strength and flexibility. Reformer exercises can be done lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing on the carriage. The carriage glides back and forth along the inside of the frame, responding to the effort you exert and the amount of resistance set up by the springs. The springs both assist and challenge you on your way to a healthier and toned body.
Allegro TowerTower
Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower, this workout is ideal for students of all levels.  A system of mat, springs and bars, the tower supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
Movements on the tower often focus on one body part at a time, making it challenging for everyone yet supportive for those in a rehab situation.
Pilates Ladder BarrelLadder Barrel
The only piece of equipment that doesn’t use springs, the Ladder Barrel instead employs gravity as the main source of resistance for movements. The movements executed on the ladder barrel enhanced flexibility along with nice back and core strength moves.
Pilates ChairChair
The Chair is an amazing piece of equipment and the exercises you can do on it will work just about every muscle group in your body – especially your core. Movements can be done seated, side-lying, supine, prone, standing off or on the chair, and with either hands or feet on the pedal. Be amazed at the versatility & intensity of a workout that the chair offers.
